I've known too many good people, especially women, who have suffered on the hamster wheel of diet culture. The coaching work I do is laser focused on helping you leave behind the dieting mindset and embrace the much needed yet so unfamiliar lifestyle mindset. (Learn all about this in my book!)
My family and I started with whole foods/clean eating in 2015 and stepped into whole food plant-based eating in 2017. Since then I've learned a lot about how to let healthy eating be a fun and supportive thing - not stressful and overwhelming.
Life is too short to stress out about being perfect. I've been there done that with the "all or nothing" mentality. It is not sustainable. I love helping my clients adopt the self compassion and growth mindset necessary to peacefully, joyfully step into a life full of love for themselves and the amazing bodies they are in.
